I must say, the overall decor and ambiance of Chaka's Rock Chalets were quite charming. The cozy furniture and tasteful decorations made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and offered a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. As a senior, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with elevators available and no stairs to navigate. This made it much easier for me to get around without any hassle.

If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for seniors, I would request that the hotel consider installing grab bars or safety handles in the bathrooms. This extra support would provide added security, especially when using the bathtub or shower.

We were in a spacious apartment very close to the shops and the beach and the Mall.

Marvellous location not far from Salt cafe and beautiful beaches, the beaches and the Mall, and the room was new-fashioned.

The bathroom was too small, it upset me a little.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the amazing Gateway Mall for shopping and entertainment. It was the perfect place to keep the kids entertained with its wide range of stores, restaurants, and activities. We especially loved the Arcade Alley, where the kids had a blast playing games and winning prizes. The mall had a vibrant atmosphere and there was something for everyone to enjoy. our visit to Gateway Mall was a highlight of our trip and we highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun-filled shopping experience.

My wife says that having a designated kids' pool or play area would have been a great addition for families with children. Adding a dedicated space where the kids can splash around and have fun would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from the chalets was absolutely jaw-dropping, and the easy beach access was a huge plus. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in the units kept me entertained, and having an electric kettle and cookware/kitchen utensils made it super convenient. The on-site facilities like the outdoor swimming pool, children's play area, and tennis court were great for family fun. I even treated myself to some pampering with the pedicure and full body massage services available. The staff at reception were excellent and the security team did a fantastic job. The convenience of free parking and the departure gift bag with water were much appreciated. my stay was beyond enjoyable and I would highly recommend Chaka's Rock Chalets to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience.

I recently stayed at First Group and had a wonderful time. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool was sparkling and clean. The surroundings were also very clean and neat. I enjoyed the privacy and spaciousness of the braai area, as well as the entertainment provided by the TV. The walk to the beach was pleasant and provided good exercise. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the view of the sea, although distant, was nice. The ambience of the place was great and the location was convenient, with many attractions nearby. I highly recommend Siggi's German restaurant, which was excellent and only 1.7km away.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to Thompson Beach, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.
